I dont know if any of you are into the new podcasts but if you aren't then you don't know what you are missing out on.
Essentially they are just mp3 audio files but can come in video files also.
Just use a podcast aggregator like iTunes, iPodder, JPodder or Podnova etc and then just add the feed address (link) and away you go. It will then download all new episodes and all past episodes you choose.
Do yourself a favour and have a listen to the following podcasts:
